Great alternative investment for landlords wanting to divest As an active single family residential investor, I've been looking for ways to diversify into more passive investments. When I first heard about Flock, I was skeptical. However, after doing my due diligence, I have found the company to be trustworthy and customer focused. Working with Flock has been a great experience for me so far. They have done everything they said they were going to do and I can see the attention and work they are putting into making the whole process easy and customer friendly. Skepticism Overcome My experience with Flock has been rewarding. I was leery at first because I had not been involved with a REIT, 721 Exchange. However, over the months I've been involved, I have found Flock to be like a family in the care of all my concerns and investment.
