Becoming One of the Flock The Flock organization has been has been a great way to transition some of our existing investment real estate properties to being a part of a passive real estate investment group. The transition was easy. the Flock team was very helpful as we learned about, discussed, and decided to make this move. The ongoing working relationship with their team in the months following our transaction has also been very good. Very importantly, we are satisfied with the financial return we have seen up to this point. Recommended Very good overall experience. Everything went smoothly and was well explained. I got my first distribution check and feel very happy that I no longer have to deal with managing my property. I’ve discovered the benefits of being part of a diversified portfolio where I still receive income even thou my home may be vacant.
