Great experience and trust gained I just closed on my first home sale to Flock end of December in NC. The process was easy with all document signing being done on-line and the notary coming to my home for final signatures. Earlier in the due diligence phase, Sean answered many questions from me, connected me with a Flock owner and the CEO, and was extremely transparent with all information. A young company filled with brilliant, passionate people We got involved with Flock early enough that they were stretched pretty thin as they scrambled to outfit their aircraft in mid-flight. Still, the attitude and competence of every person we dealt with convinced us to go for it even as the prudent decision might not have gone that direction. Now, almost six months later, already there is a growth in the capacity the company can handle. New employees are diving in to achieve greater bandwidth. As an early adopter, I am excited to see the positive growth and look forward to enjoying the results of our investment in Flock.

Easy exit: Real Investment (not a buyout company) I held joint ownership to a great rental property, but my business partner's goals differed from mine. Both of wanted to keep rental income, and neither was ready to sell and pay cap gains. Flock provided an easy exit; turning our joint ownership in one property into shares so we we can operate independently. The Flock team has been very accessible, and although we had a few bumps as one of the very first homes, all of them stood by to to listen, support, and resolve. So far our cash flow has been at least what we had before (and I don't have to do a thing!) and values have increased in line with the market. I'm looking forward to the future growth and success of Flock homes and feel as if I'm part of something unique.
