Great alternative investment for landlords wanting to divest As an active single family residential investor, I've been looking for ways to diversify into more passive investments. Great experience and trust gained I just closed on my first home sale to Flock end of December in NC. Skepticism Overcome My experience with Flock has been rewarding. I was leery at first because I had not been involved with a REIT, 721 Exchange.
