Great experience and trust gained I just closed on my first home sale to Flock end of December in NC. The process was easy with all document signing being done on-line and the notary coming to my home for final signatures. Earlier in the due diligence phase, Sean answered many questions from me, connected me with a Flock owner and the CEO, and was extremely transparent with all information. Great alternative investment for landlords wanting to divest As an active single family residential investor, I've been looking for ways to diversify into more passive investments. When I first heard about Flock, I was skeptical. However, after doing my due diligence, I have found the company to be trustworthy and customer focused. Recommended Very good overall experience. Everything went smoothly and was well explained. I got my first distribution check and feel very happy that I no longer have to deal with managing my property. I’ve discovered the benefits of being part of a diversified portfolio where I still receive income even thou my home may be vacant. The only negative was at closing I felt I had no clear ownership in the LLC for a time. Thanks
