Highly Recommend working with Flock We became “accidental” landlords when we moved and decided to keep the house as an investment. We really didn’t enjoy being landlords (found it stressful and time consuming) but still didn’t want to sell the house. That is when we came across Flock. From the minute we expressed interest, the Flock team has been patient with answering all of our questions/concerns, impressively knowledgeable and above all kind and great to work with. Our yearly income is the same as we were making through rent - without ANY hassle - while we still see our Flock shares grow.

I'm one year into my contract I'm one year into my contract with Flock Homes and feel I'm ready to give feedback on my experience thus far. First the positive. The process from start to finish was handled very professionally by Flock staff. The offer made on my property was good and the transaction went very smooth. All interaction with the staff has been excellent. On the less than positive side, you are locked into a minimum 3 year contract with them and returns are paid at approximately 3 percent of a value they control. The website boast of a 5-9 percent appreciation, again information they control. I would encourage all potential investors to read all reviews and documents thoroughly. This concept has value to the right people since you no longer have to deal with tenants and maintenance cost. But you will permanently lose control of your asset.

A young company filled with brilliant, passionate people We got involved with Flock early enough that they were stretched pretty thin as they scrambled to outfit their aircraft in mid-flight. Still, the attitude and competence of every person we dealt with convinced us to go for it even as the prudent decision might not have gone that direction. Now, almost six months later, already there is a growth in the capacity the company can handle. New employees are diving in to achieve greater bandwidth. As an early adopter, I am excited to see the positive growth and look forward to enjoying the results of our investment in Flock.
