After two discouraging years dealing with banks, we spoke to Amber Smith at the Smyrna TN office and got more information on exactly how to improve our situation than the bank seemed willing to share. We only spent three months of hard work following her advice and were pre-approved to finally start looking for a home. Less than two and a half months after that, we closed on our house. Amber helped us through the confusing parts of financing and made sure we were on the right track. If anything went wrong, she communicated immediately and we got it fixed fast. First time home buying experience.. My fiance' and I were iffy in the beginning about working with Accurate because we had never heard of them before. (We were first time home buyers so we didn't totally know what to do, when to do it) Half way through the process, two of the people we were working with transferred so we no longer had contact with them. That's when Linda QUICKLY stepped in and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel comfortable and confident moving forward. She was available all hours of the day, and did MORE than just do her job.
