GBIt is easy to navigate but video doesn't always work It is easy to navigate. During the video playback it sometimes loses its place during the question phase and then you have to close it and sometimes log back in to restart. It appears that the login timeout doesn't count web training viewing time.

GBDelivery time/Printing Quality Delivery time: it takes more than one week to get physical certificate. In addition, "DO NOT BEND" stamp should be used as the envelope was folded to fit on mailing box Certificate Printing Quality: It looks like certificate was printed with printer ink running low; some letters have white spots.
