Customer service is great! Customer service is great last year. I bought the CAA course and couldn’t use it in these year. I call to customer service and they validate the purchase that I made last year to be current for this year for me to get my CAA certification know all the company has done that for me and I am so happy with them. The program is great and you can pass your exam the same day .

Good product, but potential test inconsistencies First, the training course was reasonably priced in my opinion. Second, the online modules were detailed and comprehensive. However, I thought some of the test questions were worded in a very confusing manner, and in particular were not always worded consistently compared to the modules or study guide. Also, in my opinion, some of the questions on the 100 question AFTR exam related to specific information that was not covered in the study guide. Or at least, I couldn’t find some of that information in the areas of the guide I thought were applicable for that topic. Examples include: How long does the tax preparer have to pay penalties assessed by the IRS for failure to comply with circular 230 requirements? I could not find any reference to that at all in study guide. Nor could I find any reference to 6% tax on excess IRA contributions. Now, I realize the test was open book, and I could seek the information from any resource available in addition to the study guide. But, as a minimum, I believe the information should be available in the exam study guide. There were other examples as well. Now obviously, I could be mistaken and I totally overlooked the information. If so, I apologize.

Great customer service Great customer service. The content was easy to understand and at a reasonable price and the website is easy to browse and find useful training.

Have not received my certificate Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....
