Great program structure The structure of the program was excellent! The guides really break down how well you are absorbing, but this is most useful in building your confidence. I feel very prepared for the Exam after their prep course. Thank you guys for creating such a product and a the price point that is affordable !

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Super fast turn around time with mailing out certificates. I needed to complete my CAA and got it all done in under week. Have not received my certificate Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....
