Some anxiety on my part! I like that I could reach the lending agent directly. I didn’t like that there was confusion around who appraiser should contact. You have a system where documents are to be loaded, but I was still asked for documents that were already uploaded! There was wasted time concerning the appraisal and being asked for documents you already had. Lastly, the closing took place at 2PM, this was known, yet again time was wasted when it took your company forever to approve the close. The process just seems frustrating and it appears left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing… Update-April 30, 2024: I gave my review some thought, and decided that I was reviewing out of emotion. I want to apologize. After speaking with other investors and this being my first fix/flip loan, I realized that the process with New Silver was actually pretty good. There was some confusion with the appraiser scheduling but all in all everything was solved and the loan cleared in a very quick timeline… Thanks to James, who took the time to guide me through!

Wonderful Flip Loan Experience My husband and I used NewSilver for a Flip Loan and we have had a great experience working with them. We had a seamless process from application to close on this property. Now nearing the end of the project, all of our draws have been quick and painless. Great Company To Work With! My experience with New Silver was very positive from the initial application through the underwriting process. Joe, was highly responsive to questions, helpful and encouraging throughout. Amra of underwriting was awesome; also very helpful and encouraging. I gave 4 stars only because I needed to form a new LLC, wasn't informed early in the process and it caused unforeseen cost and delay. Otherwise I was very happy with the service. The online portal is state-of-the-art making account access and docs submission very easy. I plan to use New Silver for my future acquisition needs and highly recommend.
