GBExcellent service and communication My wife and I bought an investment property 1,500 miles from our current residence and New Silver was wonderful to work with. They are responsive, honest, and helpful. There was not one time during the transaction that I felt I was not fully informed of every aspect of their involvement in this purchase. GBGood hard money company but needs 100% financing terms or deferred interest payment terms. Good hard money company. New Silver Lending needs 100% financing that way they don't loose developers to other banks that will offer 100% financing to repeated clients. New Silver should learn to roll everything into the deal, so that the developer can do more deals. If the developer has to come out of pocket to close the deal, then, the developer's monthly interest payments should be deferred until the property is sold. This will help to make all developer stay with New Silver for all deals. Because of this, I am negotiating will other lenders who are willing to do this.
