Joe, was highly responsive to questions, helpful and encouraging throughout. Amra of underwriting was awesome; also very helpful and encouraging. I gave 4 stars only because I needed to form a new LLC, wasn't informed early in the process and it caused unforeseen cost and delay. Otherwise I was very happy with the service. The online portal is state-of-the-art making account access and docs submission very easy. I plan to use New Silver for my future acquisition needs and highly recommend.
