Great Company To Work With! My experience with New Silver was very positive from the initial application through the underwriting process. Joe, was highly responsive to questions, helpful and encouraging throughout. Amra of underwriting was awesome; also very helpful and encouraging. I gave 4 stars only because I needed to form a new LLC, wasn't informed early in the process and it caused unforeseen cost and delay. Otherwise I was very happy with the service. The online portal is state-of-the-art making account access and docs submission very easy. I plan to use New Silver for my future acquisition needs and highly recommend.

What an amazing team What an amazing team! From James in sales to Amra in underwriting — they all have speed and efficiency in mind. We started out thinking it would be 30 days to close and got it done in about 10 days. Amazing job from all. Fast, simple, efficient — these guys make the difficult part of the process easy.

This is an honest review This is an honest review. I type this with the hope that it will make real change. The communication and process was extremely poor. Were they finally able to fund my deal? Well, yes. It was everything in between that reflects in the review. It’s too much to detail on a platform such as this but I do believe New Silver has room to improve internally. I would say just be prepared and for the time being don’t have your standards too high if you plan on using New Silver in the near future. Not sure I’d use them again unless I was in a position that I just absolutely had to.
