I still have yet to receive this late… I still have yet to receive this late birthday present. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. It's been 2 weeks since this was ordered. I did send an email asking when I would receive this and was told it was waiting to be picked by USPS and it would be a few days. Again, you all need to figure out a better shipping process and rate!

Updated Review Update: The company has reached out to me and confirmed they are sending a new phone case with the correct spacing. I will update when received. Thank you Furlidays for reaching out to make this right! Unfortunately, I can’t give this more than a 1 star review. I received my phone case and two of the names were cut-off at the bottom. I’ve reached out to this company twice about the issue with no response. I’m sure you can find this same product from other vendors and I’d suggest going with another vendor.

Amazing customized covers! This is the fourth time I order on Furlidays.com. I had an issue with my previous order (the wrong item was sent to my sister's house, twice), but the customer service at Furlidays was amazing, and finally managed to send me the correct item. This time I ordered 2 customized covers, and they arrived at my house with no issue. It's exactly what I ordered, and the covers look amazing. I can't wait to see my friend's reaction at Christmas! I highly recommend the website. The delivery can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the country) so make sure you order in advance!

The chemical smell is intolerable The chemical smell is intolerable. It filled the room the instant I opened the package. It's so strong, everywhere I put the shoes, the room is inhabitable. These may never be worn. If they are, my vest guess is months for the smell to go away. Unfortunately, no where to put them but outside, to get rid of the smell, that will likely ruin them. I would never purchase shoes from this company again. Other than the merchandise, everything else was fine.

Great product and wonderful customer service! While the site was not the easiest and check out was a bit cumbersome not showing the exact item I made, customer service was terrific. Personal and quick to respond. My products arrived and looked great. But my pillow had a small tear from shipping. I contacted customer service again and quick response with no issues. They prepared and sent out another pillow. Overall, with the products being so wonderful and the great customer service I would shop here again. I will suggest doing what I did and order with plenty of time, as customizing your product will take time.
