GBThere is a flaw in their ordering… There is a flaw in their ordering system where items that are similar--same item with different names--do not go through. Instead the first item is simply duplicated. They claim they cannot find the problem so they want more money for the correct item. I am not happy with the way they do business.

GBGreat communication I did have an issue where the discount didn't show up on my total after I purchased, but I emailed the company and they immediately refunded me the discount. Very quick and responsive. Thanks!

GBEvidently shipper doesn't have full… They took longer than anticipated to arrive but they seem fine now that I have them. Received 4/27/3023, 3 weeks after ordering. Evidently shipper doesn't have full shipping address and I don't know how to get it to them. Please fix this issue soon so they can ship.

FRAmazing customized covers! This is the fourth time I order on Furlidays.com. I had an issue with my previous order (the wrong item was sent to my sister's house, twice), but the customer service at Furlidays was amazing, and finally managed to send me the correct item. This time I ordered 2 customized covers, and they arrived at my house with no issue. It's exactly what I ordered, and the covers look amazing. I can't wait to see my friend's reaction at Christmas! I highly recommend the website. The delivery can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the country) so make sure you order in advance!
