Never got 2nd blanket I ordered 2 blankets. All emails with tracking and shipment notifications listed both included in one shipment. However, only one was delivered. I reached out to the company via email, and they replied they sent them separately. I still haven't received the 2nd blanket. Very upset in process.

Great product and wonderful customer service! While the site was not the easiest and check out was a bit cumbersome not showing the exact item I made, customer service was terrific. Personal and quick to respond. My products arrived and looked great. But my pillow had a small tear from shipping. I contacted customer service again and quick response with no issues. They prepared and sent out another pillow. Overall, with the products being so wonderful and the great customer service I would shop here again. I will suggest doing what I did and order with plenty of time, as customizing your product will take time.

happier than ever I have never been more happy with a company than with this one… The design looks EXACTLY the same, the delivery was so so so so fast, customer service so reactive! Moreover, having that quality of design, blanket for a cheap price, it is incredible. It was for a birthday so I was a bit scared but I don’t regret anything. Thank you so so so so much !!!!!

There is a flaw in their ordering… There is a flaw in their ordering system where items that are similar--same item with different names--do not go through. Instead the first item is simply duplicated. They claim they cannot find the problem so they want more money for the correct item. I am not happy with the way they do business.
