My dog passed away My dog passed away. I notified Chewy that I wanted to return some unneed products, they credited my account and told me to donate the items. Very sympathetic.

Unreliable scheduled deliveries Products and prices are comparable, but their shipping and deliveries are inconsistent for subscribed pet supplies, like dog food. It ends up costing more because you have to go shop locally to fill the gaps. This makes it more expensive and takes out the convenience of home delivery.
