GBNever send a gift to your dog friends from Chewy!! We were sent a number of dog gifts as a present. Unfortunately we didn't need them and called to arrange a return. They won't accept a return back from a gift recipient. You have to call the giver and have them telephone Chewy to arrange the return. I said this sounds too difficult, why won't you accept my gift return? I don't even want the money, send it back to the giver. They said I had to have account access to return the gift. Obviously just a poorly constructed and not well thought out customer service department. I will never buy anything from Chewy.

GBAbove & beyond when it comes to customer service..... A representative from Chewy (Anastasia) was amazing in helping me return an item that was ordered by mistake. I was given a refund and told to take the item to a shelter or clinic to help a pet in need. I think this is wonderful & I will definitely shop with Chewy again for my cat's needs.

GBFraudulent Fraudulent. What a nightmare. After following the directions given to me by their associate to cancel and reorder- they would not apply the promotion that THEY SENT to me. Notes left on my account that show that this was the dvic3 I was provided were ignored. They claim to have no supervisor that could help and no one that they could transfer me to. I think they have grown too much too fast- zero cares for customer service.

GBAbsolutely exceptional customer service … Absolutely exceptional customer service, always ... especially after the passing of our beloved pet recently ... they were so kind as to refund us for the cases of food and treats which we had that were unopened, AND did not even ask us to return them! Additionally, they sent us flowers and a very kind and thoughtful card in sympathy. We have never experienced this level of thoughtfulness and genuine caring from a company before, and doubt that we will ever again! Wonderful company we highly recommend!

GBI had just purchased dog food for my… I had just purchased dog food for my Sadie, and she passed away unexpectedly and fast. I chatted with their CSR Tanyla and she was so kind. She refunded my money and told me to donate to a rescue or shelter. The next day, I received a flower delivery from Chewy. Very compassionate people. Thank you Tanyla
