A smooth and easy process Quinn was pretty incredible to work with. As it was my first time buying a house, no less in the hectic market of late 2021, he was always optimistic, insightful, and practiced timely communicated. Which honestly, is all I could ask for. That, and receiving answers to my questions. Which he did as well! Most importantly, I would love to use Citywide to buy or sell my home again in the future.

This company does not pay their… This company does not pay their vendors. When you call for past due invoices the loan officer is so offended and whats you to treat her like the money is coming out of her pocket. Apparently there is no managment so they dont return the calls. Next step is court.

Excellent Refinance Loan Service Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.

Eric Dickenson was our mortgage broker Eric Dickenson was our mortgage broker. He was fantastic from Day one. Eric was very professional & knowledgeable about mortgages. He was available to answer all our questions. He responded quickly & was able to guide us thru the online process along with his support person. We are so appreciative of Eric as we were able to receive a great mortgage rate in a timely fashion. Eric is a good communicator, has a positive attitude and he has excellent people skills!! Danny Bentley: Honest, prepared, efficient Danny Bentley walked us through every step of our home purchase. He got our approvals done in days, sometimes hours, but we never felt rushed. He took phone calls and nervous questions at all hours, and walked us through every line of our disclosures, statements, and closing documents. Even while we shopped around for rates, costs, and service, we quickly realized that Danny's way was the most straight-forward, honest, and efficient service out there. Where other loan companies hid fees and extra closing costs in their forms and made it look like we were getting numerous "discounts", at the end of the day, Danny's estimates were by far the most accurate and truthful to our true costs.
