Everything was awesome! Everything was awesome except for the overwhelming updates/incomplete documents from the VA loan side. There has to be a fix to this. Wrong closing dates, incomplete/missing numbers. Planet Home Lending has there stuff together, I wish VA loan side would streamline there process better.

As a first time homebuyer, there was much I did not know and had a lot of questions. Mr. Ordonez was always patient and very responsive. He is very knowledgeable and offered the best client service. I always felt like his Number 1 client. I could not have hoped for a better experience.

Extremely satisified! Cassandra and Ken were extremely helpful and patient throughout this entire process. We had a few issues which altered our closing dates, and they both were very flexible in helping me close at our desired date.
