Best experience of buying a house Jim treats his clients like family and communicates very well. He made sure I understood and was ready to proceed. Jim makes himself available to answer any questions and does not blow you off or make you feel dumb like some other lenders. Iwill be using Jim for all of my real estate needs in the future. Everything was awesome! Everything was awesome except for the overwhelming updates/incomplete documents from the VA loan side. There has to be a fix to this. Wrong closing dates, incomplete/missing numbers. Planet Home Lending has there stuff together, I wish VA loan side would streamline there process better.
