Everything was awesome! Everything was awesome except for the overwhelming updates/incomplete documents from the VA loan side. There has to be a fix to this. Wrong closing dates, incomplete/missing numbers. Planet Home Lending has there stuff together, I wish VA loan side would streamline there process better.

The agent I talked to on the phone while trying to set up a past-due payment related to a family situation was condescending, inconsiderate, and rude. If you have the choice, find another lender.
