First time home buyer As a first time home buyer, planet home lending worked hard, step by step taking me and my wife by the hand and walking through this with us , they made it personal as if it was for them selves! We’re really happy for choosing them as our lenders!!

Quick Responses When I asked questions, Brie, Missy, and Makenzie, would respond quickly and do their best to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answers, they’d tell me that, but would do the necessary work to find out and let me know. My only complaint is being asked for information, providing the information, but continuously (and repeatedly) being asked to provide the same information, over and over. The emails weren’t being read, until I pointed out I’d already pointed out that I provided it multiple times already. After that, there were no problems.

They took over my mortgage from another… They took over my mortgage from another lender. I never wanted to deal with this company. The agent I talked to on the phone while trying to set up a past-due payment related to a family situation was condescending, inconsiderate, and rude. If you have the choice, find another lender.

Awful Awful Customer Service. Awful Experience. Loan was sold to them. If I had any choice in the matter I would NOT use this company.
