As a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions and concerns, and Stephanie was always there to answer, explain and reassure us of the process. She always picked up any time day, night, weekends, etc. And if she wasn’t available would get back to us right away. The turn-around time on approval, underwriting, etc was very fast- much faster than many big name banks and lenders.
