customer service Been with extra a few years now and I’ve seen my credit score change dramatically! Because so I’ve been able to get a new car! Their customer service is the best and I love their rewards store and the giveaways they do!

great organization, knowledgeable team! This is a great organization. They're helpful, supportive, and every person i have interacted with is very knowledgeable about their products and services. Its already brought my score up and helped build my credit. I highly suggest getting and extra card! You won't be disappointed.

I'm so excited to be using EXTRA I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic. Keep up the good work.
