I'm so excited to be using EXTRA I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic.
