USI'm so excited to be using EXTRA I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic. Keep up the good work.

USHave been a member since 2021 Have been a member since 2021. Extra has helped me achieve a better credit score and has helped me understand and manage my finances better! I was able to get rewarded for using my Extra card and redeem a lot of great items like beats headphones and gift cards towards airline travel! I highly recommend Extra! Safe and secure, better than using your debit card.

USGood Experience with Extra so far I've had Extra for 2 years and it has been a good experience so far for me. I definitely think that it has helped with improving my credit score (only with Equifax since TransUnion doesn't count it) which I'm happy with! I like that I gain points with purchases so that I can get products from their store. However, I do wish they did more frequent giveaways and had more store products.

USThey take way to long to draft the… They take way to long to draft the money out of your account and will leave you in the negative. Be careful. Definitely not worth the $25 monthly membership fee. And they will not refund your monthly membership fee if you don't cancel before 30 days. It's in the terms and conditions of the fine print. I learned the hard way.
