Have been a member since 2021 Have been a member since 2021. Extra has helped me achieve a better credit score and has helped me understand and manage my finances better! I was able to get rewarded for using my Extra card and redeem a lot of great items like beats headphones and gift cards towards airline travel! I highly recommend Extra! Safe and secure, better than using your debit card.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. Anytime I’ve had to go through customer service it’s been a breeze very quick to help very professional. My only complaint has nothing to do with the CS it’s just that the app crashes when viewing the “tech” category in the rewards but other then that am amazing app amazing customer support.

I'm so excited to be using EXTRA I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic. Keep up the good work.
