GBI was trying to pay my bill yesterday… I was trying to pay my bill yesterday evening and night. The automated and website would not allow me to make my on time payment. I was so disturbed. I call back today and got a very nice customer service representative who put me at ease. By expediting my payment with no cost and making sure I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. I really appreciated him for being so professional and courteous.

GBThis is the worst card I've ever dealt… This is the worst card I've ever dealt with, you're penalized for never missing a payment, but paid early smdh!! After 3 years of never missing..
