GBI was working with Benjamin who helped… I was working with Benjamin who helped me get the property of my dreams!!! My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. Benjamin presented many options and stuck it out with me until I finally closed. Home buying is stressful and I didnt think i had a chance, but it all worked out and I am interested in purchasing another and you know the first person I'll call is Ben and Loanguys!

GBWorst loan experience ever The website advertises 12-14 day closing times for loans. My loan took almost 60 days to close and the delays were not caused by me. There was no communication that was truthful. It was so bad we almost lost our property because the sellers wanted to back out. Be very careful. UPDATE: The response from LoanGuys is simply another lie. I have copies of emails from the title company begging for information to finalize everything for the closing that went unanswered or were delayed by loanguys.
