My partners and I were in the process of refinancing 7 of our properties. Shervin Modir the loan master I worked with Shervin Modir on my cash out refinance. He was available and diligent when I needed him….and was able to close my loan in about 4 weeks. I was able to get the cash out I needed and now I am looking to purchase a couple more investment properties with him again. If you are looking to find investment properties and need a loan officer that will prioritize you, I would definitely recommend Shervin.

My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. Worst loan experience ever The website advertises 12-14 day closing times for loans. My loan took almost 60 days to close and the delays were not caused by me. There was no communication that was truthful. It was so bad we almost lost our property because the sellers wanted to back out. Be very careful. UPDATE: The response from LoanGuys is simply another lie. I have copies of emails from the title company begging for information to finalize everything for the closing that went unanswered or were delayed by loanguys.

Andre and his team was a great help… Andre and his team was a great help during the closing process! He made sure he stayed in touch and answered all our questions. His communication throughout the loan approval processes made it simple and easy to complete. We would recommend Andre to anyone looking to obtain quick funding for property investments.
