GBJanelle was so patient and wonderful Janelle was so patient and wonderful . I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to express how helpful she was . My sister and brother in law have dementia and Alzheimer’s . Luckily they filled our POA but we are still in process of finding their accounts and understanding what I need to do . She was helpful in clarifying what Entrust Group is and hard assets . I once again want to say how much I appreciate her patience and explanation with such clarity and caring !

GBGreat customer service from Hard Assets… Great customer service from Hard Assets Alliance. We recently redeemed all the assets we had, and wanted to close the account. However, we had a concern that we might not be able to access the account history online. Got a quick email back assuring us that we could still access the history. Asked them to close the account, and it was quickly done. A pleasure!

GBHappy HAA customer Happy HAA customer. I joined HAA 4 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. All phone calls answered within two minutes and responded to efficiently. One IT glitch yesterday corrected within 24 hours. Highly competitive rates for buying and selling and straightforward competitive storage rates. All money transactions smooth. Strong security measures make me verify any contact or transaction-- a bit of a hassle but I don’t mind as it’s for my security. They have been supported throughout this time by people I trust-- Doug Casey, Bill Mauldin, Chris Martenson-- all solid investment folks. I strongly recommend them.
