Once I contacted the HHA Support Group via e-mail about my problem, the HHA personal quickly solved the problem. GBMisleading, worst precious metal company around. Set up delivery from same vault but made me pay 3 shipping fees of $40 each. Then items were not received but when calling FedEx they were returned to shipper. Items not returned to vault and emails and phone calls have been ignored. I would stay far away. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience.
