Janelle was absolutely great to work with. Janelle was very professional and patient with me. I was selling assets for the first time, and she helped walk me through it. She did not rush me and gave me her full attention. Janelle, and everyone else I have ever dealt with at HAA have been wonderful to deal with. Great people, and great service!

Quick, Easy, and Friendly I requested a sale on my HAA account for metals I had stored in MetalStream (highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to invest each month!) Mariah F. was able to assist with changing my address on file and requesting a check. They verified my identity (thank you for having such helpful security procedures in place!) and were able to change the address to my new residence and send a check for my sale. Thank you for your help! HAA will continue to have my business.

Janelle was so patient and wonderful Janelle was so patient and wonderful . I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to express how helpful she was .
