GBYour Money is Safe with their Vetting Process With the amount of Fraud and being a victim. I appreciated the thorough vetting they go through to make sure you are who you say you are. Kudos to Hard Assets Alliance for making this customer feel safe and secure with my investments. Even when you log in you have the option to have a Authenticator validate you are who you say you are. If only Chase Bank would have had these standards I would have 10k in my account instead someone committed "Identity Fraud" therefore Chase was not accountable. There words. By the way I wanted to give a big thanks to Lindsey for her help and genuine Integrity.

GBHard Assets Alliance, spend your money elsewhere. I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.

The instructions for establishing my account, funding it and making my first purchase were clear and easy to follow. GBI had a great deal of trouble… I had a great deal of trouble establishing an account and then simply being able to log in. Too complex to explain. But Janelle trouble shot everything for me. She was very knowledgeable right down to suggesting I "clear all data" on my Chrome browser! If Janelle is typical of the expertise at HAA, I think I'm going to like this organization going forward.

GBJanelle was absolutely great to work with. Janelle was very professional and patient with me. I was selling assets for the first time, and she helped walk me through it. She did not rush me and gave me her full attention. Janelle, and everyone else I have ever dealt with at HAA have been wonderful to deal with. Great people, and great service!
