I ordered 2 retractable leashes I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out. When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.

I want to rave about my wonderful… I want to rave about my wonderful experience ordering a down jacket for my dog. I thought I had measured her correctly but I hadn’t. And due to travels I was past the deadline in making an exchange but the customer support person i wrote to, who replied quickly to every email, not only let me but suggested a more likely size for my dog. She then expedited the exchange to arrive in just a couple of days. (It fits perfectly!!). All of our communications were not only helpful but there were kind human exchanges along the way. Lovely people. And I adore the coat. Perfect. A+

Waudog is incredible & so are their products Waudog has excellent customer service. Their follow up is like none I’ve ever had before. The quality of their products I have purchased are excellent. Unfortunately I have an active and destructive Lab puppy. One of the many products I purchased fid not survive but Waudog was very prompt in issuing a refund and suggesting another product that might suit my needs. They’re a great company!?

Terrible customer service for NOT the most durable leash After my Great Dane puppy chewed through the Evolutor dog leash, waudog would not refund or replace the leash without seeing a picture or the destroyed leash and even then required me to send it back to the company address for a replacement. They charged $13 shipping costs plus a $46 dollar leash and their customer service was terrible. This leash does not hold up to heavy chewing and waudog only reluctantly honors the lifetime warranty. Get a different leash and don’t buy from waudog

Fraud alert! I tried to purchase a product earlier this month from Waudog. They charged me, but never sent the product. It is stuck in "label created" status for two weeks and customer service agents will not address this. I will start a fraud complaint tomorrow and encourage you to avoid this company. There are reams of complaints, it seems, and this company regularly neglects to send purchases.
