The place to buy popular European dog gear I wanted to get a “puller” - a dog training and exercising tool very popular in Europe. I was worried that buying from a European vendor would take a long time to receive, but my puller set came right away!! The website is easy to navigate, prices are fair, and shipping lightning fast.

Good but could be perfect! Jacket is practical and cute and does it's job of keeping my short-haired young rescue (who saw snow for the first time yesterday!) warm. Not 5 stars only because it takes a long long time for me to figure out how to hold her and get the zipper to zip. Wish the zipper were larger and easier to navigate with a squiggly pup!

This jacket seems well made but is… This jacket seems well made but is paper thin and will not keep our dog warm in any way. This was the most expensive jacket we’ve ever bought for her and unfortunately the most useless in terms of warmth. It’s a pretty colour but that’s really it. My first order was also lost so it took 2 months to receive it and now it’s too cold for her to even wear this one. Customer service was great however and did their best to send out a replacement ASAP.

First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest. Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.

Epic Customer Service! Contacted them because I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the leash. They answered in a timely manner and were super polite and offered to exchange. Would highly recommend them just by that since customer service is a rare commodity today.
