This was a great company to order from… This was a great company to order from as customer service was prompt and efficient. First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest. Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.

Lower quality than expected Definitely lower quality than expected. Still a working leash but not worth the price. The design to loop your hand through and keep it on your wrist is convenient, but dog owners should be aware of when they use the feature as they won’t be able to quickly retract the leash back.

Delivery started only after raising an issue on PayPal Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for). The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal. Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).

Waudog Lucy The original color we selected was not available, the staff promptly notified us of our options and modified the order timely. The order arrived within a few days. The size is true to the measurement guide provided. When we remove the coat from our dog, she is nice and warm under the jacket. We are very happy with the purchase.

I ordered 2 retractable leashes I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out. When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.
