This is an amazing opportunity for… This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.

Good to work with We tried a lot of affordable housing programs before Landed. They were the ones who actually succeeded in helping us buy a home. There were some snags along the way, like realizing we couldn't buy a home near train tracks. But in the end, they were good to work with and supported us through the process.

You need a team like LANDED! "I was sold at having a team to help me to buy a home in Southern California. My Landed account manager was my personal cheerleader. She was clear, concise, thoughtful, and always available. During these past three months, she made sure I knew the terms, the options, and communicated needs right away. She is kind, caring, intelligent, and an educator. Being a former teacher, she understood the chaos with the job, the balancing act, and was patient and flexible when talking on the phone. She reassured us and never gave up on us even though many times we felt like stopping the homebuying process. She is top-notch and goes above and beyond what I ever expected."

Great experience with Landed When the option became available in our county it was a no brainer for us! Excellent communication and guidance. We love the realtor that you paired us with. We also felt very secure in the decision process of picking a home since Landed thoroughly looked over the inspection reports. In terms of what Landed could do better: We can't think of anything!

We recently used Landed to help us… We recently used Landed to help us purchase our home in Hawaii. The process was a lot easier than expected thanks to Landed. Everyone on our team was so helpful and kind. Most of their work was behind the scenes, making sure all documentation was in place which made our lives a lot easier. We highly recommend Landed if youʻre an educator looking to buy a home in a high cost area!
