GBThis program doesn’t really make sense… This program doesn’t really make sense to me. There is downpayment assistance, sure, but you have to qualify for the entire loan on your own? If I could qualify for the loan on my own I wouldn’t need downpayment assistance. This isn’t helpful to CSU employees unless they’re dual-income/ married.
