I would give a 3 star I would give 5 stars for being there to help educators to buy homes and I am thankful for that. However, I think needed needs to be more professional in terms of working with a more professional Title Company that meets dead lines and keep promises. Also, I was not very happy with the post purchase service. I wanted to add the new home to my living will and we started the process December 2021 and was not finalized till March of 2022. The reason for that, they lost the original docs signed and witnessed at the Notary and they could not find it eventual. The, then decided to work and record the copies. How can I trust them in future if they loose docs?

Landed did a wonderful job connecting… Landed did a wonderful job connecting us with an amazing realtor who helped us find the perfect place for us. They also provided us with important information for buying a house. Even though we did not end up using their downpayment plan, they were still helpful and did not pester us about not using their money.

The fact that Landed is able to… The fact that Landed is able to contribute up to 15% of the purchase price removes such a big barrier to buying a home. And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too. He was very responsive and answered all our questions, and as first-time buyers we had a lot. Everyone really took care of us. Allyson

This is an amazing opportunity for… This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.
