Landed's Support It was important for me to make this a learning experience and Landed answered all our questions. Every step of the way someone was supporting us and if they couldn’t help, they found someone who could. We also felt very secure in the decision process of picking a home since Landed thoroughly looked over the inspection reports. In terms of what Landed could do better: We can't think of anything!

This program doesn’t really make sense… This program doesn’t really make sense to me. There is downpayment assistance, sure, but you have to qualify for the entire loan on your own? If I could qualify for the loan on my own I wouldn’t need downpayment assistance. This isn’t helpful to CSU employees unless they’re dual-income/ married.
