And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too. Landed is the best program around for… Landed is the best program around for those of us who want to get into the housing market, but can't do it on our own. Unfortunately with the current inflation situation, we needed to pause our house hunting. I look forward to re-connecting with Landed when the market gets stable again. I strongly recommend this program. I would have given five stars had we been able to make a purchase.

This is an amazing opportunity for… This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.

We also felt very secure in the decision process of picking a home since Landed thoroughly looked over the inspection reports. In terms of what Landed could do better: We can't think of anything!
