This program doesn’t really make sense… This program doesn’t really make sense to me. There is downpayment assistance, sure, but you have to qualify for the entire loan on your own? If I could qualify for the loan on my own I wouldn’t need downpayment assistance. This isn’t helpful to CSU employees unless they’re dual-income/ married.

Landed helped us buy our home Landed is such a blessing to help make dreams come true. We enjoyed working with Landed and felt they were very supportive and flexible to our needs. I would encourage them to elaborate more on profit sharing aspect and do a walkthrough of what to expect on Landed involvement throughout the process of putting an offer through closing.

Landed is the best program around for… Landed is the best program around for those of us who want to get into the housing market, but can't do it on our own. Unfortunately with the current inflation situation, we needed to pause our house hunting. I look forward to re-connecting with Landed when the market gets stable again. I strongly recommend this program. I would have given five stars had we been able to make a purchase.

Good to work with We tried a lot of affordable housing programs before Landed. They were the ones who actually succeeded in helping us buy a home. There were some snags along the way, like realizing we couldn't buy a home near train tracks. But in the end, they were good to work with and supported us through the process.
