We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.

I met with someone a couple of months… I met with someone a couple of months ago and he was supposed to have someone with the credit department contact me. No one has contacted me as of this date. I'm really want to get into this program and start the process in becoming a home owner but I'm a little disappointed.

The fact that Landed is able to… The fact that Landed is able to contribute up to 15% of the purchase price removes such a big barrier to buying a home. And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too.
