And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too. This is an amazing opportunity for… This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.

It sounded too good to be true at… It sounded too good to be true at first. And there were terms and other aspects of homebuying that as first-time homebuyers we didn’t know about. But our Landed team answered all our questions and made us feel like we weren’t going into the process alone. 10/10 would buy a house through Landed again!
