USCentury-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON… Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.

USThese people get paid for selling you… These people get paid for selling you internet service. They will tell you everything just to get you to sign up right away. They are not honest. I was on a call requesting information on Earth link. After being transferred twice , I think they realized they did not have service and told me they were going to transfer me there business service department , instead they transferred me to a Comcast salesman. I think they get credit for all new account. But I did not want transferred to comcast without knowing it.
