GBCentury-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON… Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.

GBThese people get paid for selling you… These people get paid for selling you internet service. They will tell you everything just to get you to sign up right away. They are not honest. I was on a call requesting information on Earth link. After being transferred twice , I think they realized they did not have service and told me they were going to transfer me there business service department , instead they transferred me to a Comcast salesman. I think they get credit for all new account. But I did not want transferred to comcast without knowing it.

GBExcellent customer service! I had the best customer service, Rachel was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and to get my services connected. She is the perfect example on what a customer service representative should be. I am 100 percent happy with my experience and will definitely refer my family and friends thank you!

GBBest Customer Service Frances is very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, explained the services and costs. She was able to set up my new internet and landline appointment with Spectrum in less than 10 minutes. Gave me the right information I needed.

GBAll information given to me was great All information given to me was great, Rachel was very patient in explaining everything to me. She was friendly and easy to talk with, and went beyond in any questions that I could not think of. I truly wanted to purchase the plan, yet later after thinking it thru, I decided to wait. I am close to retirement, and am nervous about adding another bill. Ed
