CENTURY LINKSTILL SO SO SO BAD CENTURY LINK

Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON… Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.

Patrick is a rockstar Patrick is a rockstar. If it weren’t for his amazing customer service- I would have called a different provider. Just kidding. But he was excellent and made setting up my internet quick and painless.

Jason was wonderful Jason was wonderful! He was very helpful in finding the right plan for what I needed, explaining and verifying what was included. He made a call that I was dreading into a downright pleasant one. I wish all customer service reps were like Jason. Thank you!
