Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON… Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.

This Company Is the Way to Go Mitch was exceptional in providing me with all the info. needed to select the best internet and cable TV at my new location. He explained every detail involved with both services, how providers differed in pricing and options, and the logistics involved in getting things set up in a new city.
