GBMy only regret is that I didn’t call sooner I haven’t had internet service since May 28th. Frontier has issued several trouble ticket numbers, I’ve taken time off work and nobody shows up because they continue to cancel my trouble tickets. Today it’s been 21 days and enough is enough. I called InMyArea and spoke with Denny who was so amazingly knowledgeable and complete in the information he gave me. He also gave me a really good deal. He took the time I needed to explain everything to me and we then scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out Thursday and hook me up. I’m so glad I called. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner.

GBCentury-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON… Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.

GBDaniel was above and beyond the best… Daniel was above and beyond the best associate I’ve talked to. I have dealt with ATT, direct tv and dish. He was extremely professional patient and understanding. Actually made a very stressful day trying to take care of my mother in law end in a good note. Thank you Daniel for your patience and humor.
