GBCustomer Service Sucks! I've been trading with Tastytrade since 2017. Although I do like their platform I have found their fills to be fairly poor versus Schwab's who I find exceptional. The worst thing I find about Tastytrade is their customer service. When you call them for ANYTHING expect to wait several minutes before a live person answers your call. So if you're trading and need to speak to someone quickly good luck because it won't happen and they could care less. They recommend to EMAIL their support team. What a joke! I see on the reviews their basic reply is "Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about your experience!" hahaha Just don't ever expect any changes. When calling them in February, I finally got so fed up with their customer service that I transferred 95% of my money to my Schwab account. I kept some money in there so I can use their option chain as it is very easy to read versus other platforms including Schwab's thinkorswim platform. But Tastytrade's customer service couldn't lick Schwab's boots when it comes to customer service. Tastytrade has to be the worst in regards to customer service of any legitimate broker around.

NLTradedesk I hade some questions regarding options and there responce was quick and helpfull. Unlike other brokers tastytrade have real persons behind their helpdesk who you can ask anything.

ATExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. Never had to wait more than an hour (worst case) for resolution of issue. As a long term user (since 2018), TT has been reliable both from a technical as well as support perspective.

GBtastytrade is a wonderful stock trading platform tastytrade is a wonderful stock trading platform. The platform is very user friendly. The agents are very personable and knowledgeable and are always helpful in helping with any questions. When calling the wait time is very short if any time at all. The tastytrade website is very intuitive and well laid out. Special kudos to Steve and all the agents who have assisted us on the platform. They are all A+ staff.
