The agents are very personable and knowledgeable and are always helpful in helping with any questions. When calling the wait time is very short if any time at all. The tastytrade website is very intuitive and well laid out. Special kudos to Steve and all the agents who have assisted us on the platform. They are all A+ staff.

Better tax statements please! As a EU investor, it is a great platform that allows you to buy stocks cheaply, as well as access to US etfs. My only problem with it is that the tax report for capital gains is a simple worksheet, which doesnt look very official in case I need to present it to my local tax authorities. Like another user wrote, I also wished they had a consolidated tax statement with all the trades, dividends by symbol and the profits/losses, instead of dozens of daily activity statements and monthly account statements. Just have an official looking profit/losses document for the whole year, since my local tax auhority would likely not like the current non-official looking worksheet or the dozens of pdfs.

All the content produced by people who regularly have "skin in the game" and not just reading from a book somewhere. There's simply no better place for excellent service, expert knowledge sharing and an easy to use "visual" platform.

Tradedesk I hade some questions regarding options and there responce was quick and helpfull. Unlike other brokers tastytrade have real persons behind their helpdesk who you can ask anything.
