ATExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. Never had to wait more than an hour (worst case) for resolution of issue. As a long term user (since 2018), TT has been reliable both from a technical as well as support perspective.

NLTradedesk I hade some questions regarding options and there responce was quick and helpfull. Unlike other brokers tastytrade have real persons behind their helpdesk who you can ask anything.

I had a slight problem and a few questions and Stephen was Johnny on the spot explaining the situation and adjusting verticals at my request , live. Same for the folks at the trade room. Highly recommend especially if your TOS transition to Schwabe isnt going so well. Why put up with it. Choose Tasty, Tom's doing great work over there!

GBVery Arrogant customer service Promotion offer tempted me. But not worth. you will have too much frustration from locked up with no reason to log in and 7th new password creation . Agents over the phone are not friendly, lack of ownership, very stiff . This company are not customer centered in business
