GBThe tastytrade customer support team… The tastytrade customer support team are excellent. I had a put credit spread that was expiring ITM, both legs, and they told me my options in very easy to understand manner. Since it was a defined trade, it worked.

GBI liked their security levels I liked their security levels. People would see it as inconvenience that they blocked privileges but instead that was not me logging in so they saved me from someone taking my money. Secondly, their easy to chat with and quick solutions that are intuitive.

HUBetter tax statements please! As a EU investor, it is a great platform that allows you to buy stocks cheaply, as well as access to US etfs. My only problem with it is that the tax report for capital gains is a simple worksheet, which doesnt look very official in case I need to present it to my local tax authorities. Like another user wrote, I also wished they had a consolidated tax statement with all the trades, dividends by symbol and the profits/losses, instead of dozens of daily activity statements and monthly account statements. Just have an official looking profit/losses document for the whole year, since my local tax auhority would likely not like the current non-official looking worksheet or the dozens of pdfs.
