I have made and withdrawn funds from my high interest savings account and opened several CD's, all without issues. Local banks offer checking accounts and instant access to your savings account - Raisin does not pretend to compete with that. What Raisin does, it seems to do very well.

Easy to do business with! I was very leery about putting/investing money into an online banking institution... mainly because of a bad experience in the past where that online bank gladly took a large chunk of $$$, but only was willing to give back a max of $25000, and it had to be seven days before another portion could be removed.
