I love having my Raisin account with Western Alliance Bank I love having my Raisin account with Western Alliance Bank because it is so easy to navigate their online app. They make it so easy to deposit and withdraw money as needed. The high interest rate I am getting is the best in the country for savings accounts and the app will tell you how much money you are earning everyday. I suggest them to all of my friends.

For me, Raisin did exactly what it said it would do It's human nature. People are more likely to write a negative review when things go wrong, and less likely to write a positive review when everything goes right. In my experience, Raisin has done exactly what it said it would do. Raisin is a platform that connects banks with customers - and the banks offer higher interest rates than brick and mortar banks. I have made and withdrawn funds from my high interest savings account and opened several CD's, all without issues. Local banks offer checking accounts and instant access to your savings account - Raisin does not pretend to compete with that. What Raisin does, it seems to do very well.

Almost perfect experience so far I've had great experience with customer service. I've always reached a human with almost no delay. I've had no problem depositing or withdrawing my money. The only real frustration, Is that I deposit to the bank offering the highest rate and then that bank immediately drops the rate every time. You pull your money out, re-deposit into the new highest rated bank, they drop the rate, rinse & repeat. I CAN'T WAIT for June when Raisin says you'll be able to move your money from bank to bank directly on the site!! YAY!

Tina Tina, my customer service representative, answered all my questions, helped me to correct some information that I had not completed correctly and assured me that everything was complete when we we finished.
