GBGood Luck accessing your account. I opened an account online and tried for 3 days to log in, only getting error messages. It kept sending me to a Together site. I contacted them and they could not help, telling me that the together site was not them, but when I typed in Brightpeak, that was the screen that always came up. After multiple emails I finally just gave up. If I can't even get into the account to finish setting it up, how safe are my funds. I have other online accounts with no issues.

GBThe setup process is kind of… The setup process is kind of cumbersome. A little back and forth otherwise the interest rate is a little low compared to other banks but when you are talking about 1% or less interest at almost every bank it is just how it is.

GBVery nice people, but a very slow process The call center staff has some very friendly and warm people, who obviously want to help. However, the process is extremely slow. It took me almost 5 days to be able to see my account on online banking. It has been several weeks since the account has been opened and I still cannot link my external checking account to my savings account. I would like very much to use the account, however, the process is so slow that I almost tempted to simply close the account and find another institution that is a little more speedy in its execution. Again, the customer service people are tremendously friendly and helpful and the institution seems very genuine, but my experience, at least at this point, has been less than stellar.
