Bait and switch Completed the online application in response to an ad for life insurance without a medical exam, and received an online confirmation. Then an email asking for a medical review and a nurses exam. A Christian cover for a very misleading experience.

Discriminatory Practices I got an offer to open a savings account with up to $200 bonus, so I clicked on it. I was immediately informed that I didn't meet the requirements because I am not a Christian. I'm glad I got the information before I opened the account. I certainly don't want to give my money to anyone who thinks I'm not worthy because I don't share the same beliefs. It is discriminatory, prejudicial, and ignorant. Take your money to a business that is concerned with their clients' finances as opposed to their religious beliefs.

Waiting on a decision for months. If you are using their services then you are probably experiencing a hardship or disability. After meeting the elimination period almost 60 days ago, I still do not have an answer about my claim. 4 months without income is a long time and they have no sense of urgency to help. Waiting for weeks on end to get a decision is not acceptable when I have supplied everything requested. It is disheartening that a Christian company does not show compassion or concern for their customers.
