Excellent phone support Every time I need a little assistance with the super secure site - changes, updates, anything (non investment related, of course), the CS team is prompt, kind, thorough and exceptional with their help. Highly recommend.

Bitcoin IRA Convert Moved my account here earlier this year because the crypto ira company I was using prior was just terrible. Cheap in, cheap out. Happily, I have been nothing but impressed so far with BitcoinIRA. Here is a run down of my experience for other folks... Pros- 1. Customer Service is the best in the game! i cant say enough about that. Real humans who can actually answer the phone, help out, and are overall friendly folks. Imagine that!!! 2. Security is the best in the game too!. Pretty obvious, and wish i would have done my homework earlier. But cold storage wallet providers are NOT all created equal. - the company i was with was compromised and it was awful. Not just because I couldnt log in, but also because there was no one to talk with. Luckily my crypto was saved, but headache and anxiety was definitely not worth the stress Con- 1. Fees: Yes they are more expensive than the others out there, and i think that is why i was lured away initially. This is the only ding i can give BitcoinIRA. HOWEVER, after my previous experiences/scares with the other company, Id much prefer to pay a little more knowing that my crypto will be here when i want it.

I had the pleasure of Lesli Means…Ive spoke to a Sean and a Brandon over the past couple of weeks they were good at their position as well but Lesli Means is exceptional. I had the pleasure of Lesli Means answering my call. She handled my call so professional and answered all my questions to the T not to mention she was so upbeat and fun Bitcoin IRA is very fortunate to have Lesli on board.

Don't use this company Don't use this company. If you do some research you will see that a common complaint is that they do their best to hide their fees. This is 100% true. Let me just list the problems with this company. 1. The VP, Diego, straight up lied saying we had multiple phone calls and I said I wasn't interested in the fees. I chose not to watch a powerpoint presentation and nothing about fees were mentioned. We also only ever had one phone call. 2. The fees are HIGH. They take a large fee when you transfer the funds over. 3. They charge a % fee for any assets you have with them whether it's crypto or fiat. 4. They charge 4% per trade. That is an insane amount. They brag about being able to trade but with a 4% it would be very, very hard to make decent profits. Keep in mind this fee is just for 1 transaction. If you buy and then sell you are looking at 8%. Imagine getting a 10% gain on a trade, which is good, but have it end up being 2%. This fee is so far out of the norm. But that isn't the only barrier for trading. 5. Each trade can take 48 hours to complete. Crypto prices are volatile. There is no way to reliable trade it with a 48 hour window before the transaction goes through. Whether real exchanges you can buy and sell instantly(for very, very low fees btw). When trying to sell my crypto the fees made it that I had to keep making sells that were pennies because the fees made it impossible to sell 100% at a time. 6. Getting my money out of their account took weeks. First, they wanted me to get a medallion stamp thing or I had to snail mail them a copy of a transfer request. They did not require anything like this to start my account. It took them a few days after receiving it before they contacted me about doing a video verification call but the earliest appointment was a week away. I've transferred 401ks and IRAs before. This is the only company that did this. 7. When I originally signed up I asked if there were any fees for closing my account or pulling out money. I was told no. That was a lie. They charge a 300 dollar closing fee and I have to pay 35 dollars for them to send a check. That check will take 7-10 business days to arrive so it's not like they are paying for great shipping. Here is the deal. Don't use them at all. It costed me a lot of money. What I suggest doing is going with a self-custodian IRA. The one I chose is 15 dollars a month and that is the only fee. With that I basically can do whatever I want with the money whether it being transferring it to an exchange and basically doing the same thing as this company except everything is instant, has low fees and the fees aren't hidden. I can't rate this company low enough.

Bitcoin IRA Phone Support Helped Me Out! I needed to transfer cash from a personal IRA to my Bitcoin IRA. I had trouble setting up the transfer and Leslie Means came up with a workaround for my issue. Leslie was so nice, very accommodating and professional and we had it done very quickly. Transferring money in order to make investments needs to be done quickly and efficiently and Leslie Means at Bitcoin IRA was on the ball and got it done. I really appreciate the quick service!
