Bitcoin IRA Convert Moved my account here earlier this year because the crypto ira company I was using prior was just terrible. Cheap in, cheap out. Happily, I have been nothing but impressed so far with BitcoinIRA. Here is a run down of my experience for other folks... Pros- 1. Customer Service is the best in the game! i cant say enough about that. Real humans who can actually answer the phone, help out, and are overall friendly folks. Imagine that!!! 2. Security is the best in the game too!. Pretty obvious, and wish i would have done my homework earlier. But cold storage wallet providers are NOT all created equal. - the company i was with was compromised and it was awful. Not just because I couldnt log in, but also because there was no one to talk with. Luckily my crypto was saved, but headache and anxiety was definitely not worth the stress Con- 1. Fees: Yes they are more expensive than the others out there, and i think that is why i was lured away initially. This is the only ding i can give BitcoinIRA. HOWEVER, after my previous experiences/scares with the other company, Id much prefer to pay a little more knowing that my crypto will be here when i want it.

Such a Massive Retirement Tool!! I have been a Bitcoin IRA Customer for almost 2 years now. Its been an amazing experience to say the least. First of all their customer service is absolutely amazing, they are always so responsive!! I have had only a couple of small issues over the 2 years but they were handled in a timely manner and so professionally! I hear several complaints about the fees, but Bitcoin IRA's security and how they store assets is what sealed the deal for me. Also, I think most people who really dont understand crypto (which is 9 out of 10 people) dont under stand there are always fees whether they are gas fees (for tranfers depending on the network) and storage fees for keeping our assets safe in cold storage away from hackers. I have no issues with any of the fees, my account is up 60% in just under 2 years with greater returns forthcoming. BTC IRA is such a massive tool for retirement!!

great service, great security, very hands on Setting up the account was very easy. Had a very experience individual walk me through all the steps and next steps for opening my account and how to operate it. After I finished with the first person the customer support rep guided me through all the processes and even assisted with transferring my funds. They also, mentioned their great security for storing my crypto which was important to me since i don't know much about how to hold/store crypto. overall great experience

Scammers that will steal your… Scammers that will steal your retirement with fee’s 4% trading fees, monthly custodial fees, $300 fee to close an account with a lot of hoops to jump through. Complete scammers also very similar to Prime Trust IRA which scammed people out of retirements and filed bankruptcy.

Unresponsive to email as of 20 May 2022, I have yet to get a reply from an email sent 4 days ago. Not impressed with service or responsiveness. They will take your money with no issues but when it comes to moving money out, THEY MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH MANY HOOPS.
